More stuff about the handicap

Have you ever seen a handicap person use the handicap stall in a public restroom?

I haven't.

I was just curious.

I mean I see a lot of handicap people parking their cars in handicap spots...I just don't see them using the restrooms.

It seems a waste of all that space and guard rails....

One time I used a handicap stall and it had a chair in it...besides the toilet that is.

Do the handicap really need an extra chair? And if they have someone there helping them would that person really want to sit there while they do their business?

I am thinking about this way too much!
