Drink the Juice

I am back to work.

Yippee.

Thanksgiving went okay, Mom was real cranky and tired because she tried to do too much. I really didn't eat twice my body weight like I thought I would. Although I did get to go home and fall asleep while watching Lilo and Stitch on the Disney channel. That is an improvement because usually around Thanksgiving I have to watch football and listen to my husband pass gas. With him being out of town...I don't have to endure that.

I was thinking about my daughter on the way into work this morning, and the little girls that she has befriended. There are two girls in her class that she is friends with and both are named Shelby.

Each time I meet them or their mothers I have this unspeakable urge to say loudly in a southern accent "Just drink the juice Shelby, drink the juice" from Steel Magnolias.
So far I have been able to control myself.
