Sad Doggie Day

Sorry about my absence for the last week or so.

Lots of stuff going on.

And of course, not all of it good.

I want to thank you RockingChair for his naughty remark regarding my NosePicking blurb. And Anreeb for her concern as to where I was.

Basically � I adopted a dog from a shelter.

The dog attacked my husband and myself.

It was a small dog so no real harm done. Except it scared the hell out of my daughter.

So the shelter that we got it from is getting it back, per their recommendation and my feelings towards the fact that perhaps this dog should not be around children.

But in the meantime I grew to care about the dog (attack aside of course). It is a cute dog with a distinct personality. The shelter I got the dog from does not put dogs to sleep. They will work with this dog and try and manage his behavior.

I have to take it back this afternoon.

Have you noticed I�m not as glib when I�m sad?
